Brian G. Anderson
Brian Anderson serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the ContiLatin Division of Continental Grain Company and is Operating Principal of Arlon Group. During his tenure at Continental Grain Company, Mr. Anderson has held positions as Vice President and General Manager of the Caribbean and Central America - ContiLatin from 1999-2001; Vice President and Commercial Manager - ContiLatin from 1995-1999; Trading Manager - ContiLatin from 1988-1995, Senior Wheat Merchandiser - World Grain Division from 1986-1988; Merchandiser - Kansas City from 1983-1986; and a member of the MIT program in the North American Grain Division - Omaha, Nebraska from 1981-1983. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stanford University and his Master of Science degree in Agronomy from Cornell University.
Joseph J. Bongiorno
Joseph Bongiorno serves as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources and Technology of Continental Grain Company. Mr. Bongiorno has also served as Manager, PeopleSoft Systems from 1996-2001. Prior to his tenure with Continental Grain Company, Mr. Bongiorno was a consultant at The Hunter Group, Inc. from 1995-1996 and Manager, HRMS at Young & Rubicam Inc. from 1993-1995. Mr. Bongiorno received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in Psychology from Brooklyn College and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
Robin M. Derin
Robin Derin serves as the Senior Manager, Human Resources and Communications of Continental Grain Company. Since her start with Continental Grain Company in 1997, Ms. Derin has held various positions in the Human Resources/Public Affairs areas. Prior to joining Continental Grain, Ms. Derin was Investor Relations/Assistant to General Counsel at Danielson Holding Corporation from 1991-1996. Ms. Derin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish/Latin American Area Studies from American University and her Masters of Arts degree in Hispanic Civilization from New York University in Madrid. She is fluent in Spanish.
Shaun Ehrhardt
Shaun Ehrhardt serves as the Vice President, Financial Planning of Continental Grain Company. Prior to this, Mr. Ehrhardt was a Partner at Gross & Ehrhardt LLP from 1996 -2001; and Staff Accountant and then Partner with Michael M. Gross CPA from 1989-1996. Mr. Ehrhardt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas.
Christine D. Flynn
Christine Flynn has been with Arlon Group since 2008 and is focused on the activities of the investment administration group. Prior to this, Ms. Flynn served as a Portfolio Manager Associate, Portfolio Management Assistant, and Investment Project Administrator at U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management from 1993-2008. Ms. Flynn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac College.
Paul E. Gibson
Paul Gibson serves as the Assistant Vice President, Investment Administration of Continental Grain Company and Arlon Group. Mr. Gibson has also served as Manager, Capital Funding with cash management, funding, family office and investment support responsibilities from 1989-2005; Manager, Treasury Administration from 1984-1989; and a Financial Analyst in the Controllers and Treasury Departments from 1981-1984 for Continental Grain Company. Prior to joining Continental Grain Company, Mr. Gibson served as an Account Officer in U.S. Commercial Lending for Bankers Trust Company from 1976-1979. Currently, Mr. Gibson is a Board Member of EmblemHealth and the Jamaica Branch NAACP Day Care Center, Inc. Mr. Gibson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Sciences from Yale University and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University.
Annie Han
Annie Han has been with Arlon Group since 2009 and is focused on the activities of the investment administration group. Ms. Han also serves as the Portfolio/Cash Administration Professional of Continental Grain Company. During her tenure at Continental Grain Company, Ms. Han has held positions as Treasury Operations Analyst from 2000-2009; Treasury Loan Coordinator from 1995-2000; and a member of the Milling Group from 1991-1994. Ms. Han received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Beijing Normal University.
Joanne Hope
Joanne Hope serves as Senior Manager, Accounting of Continental Grain Company and focuses on the accounting activities of both Arlon Opportunities Investors and Arlon Capital Partners. During her tenure at Continental Grain Company, Ms. Hope has held various positions within the Payroll, Tax, and Controllers areas: Supervisor Payroll; Payroll/Tax Administrator; Supervisor Payroll/Tax; Supervisor Corporate Administration Expenses; Senior Accountant.
David Lee
David Lee serves as the Senior Vice President, Finance of Continental Grain Company. In this role, he has responsibility for business development activities with each of the company's operations, tax compliance and planning, controllership functions and internal audit. During his tenure at Continental Grain Company, Mr. Lee has held positions as Vice President - Corporate Development from 1999-2000; Director - Business Development from 1990-1999; Controller - World Grain Division from 1988-1990; Controller - North American Grain Division from 1984-1988; Controller - Ocean Freight Division from 1979-1984; Systems Control Analyst from 1978-1979; and a member of the Controllers Department from 1976-1978. Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael R. Mayberry
Michael Mayberry serves as the Senior Vice President, Legal and Secretary of Continental Grain Company. Mr. Mayberry has also served as Associate General Counsel from 1999-2001. Prior to his tenure with Continental Grain Company, Mr. Mayberry was Deputy Chief Counsel from 1998-1999 and Staff Attorney from 1996-1998 at ContiFinancial Corporation; an Associate from 1994-1996 at Dewey Ballantine LLP; and an Associate from 1992-1994 at Winston & Strawn LLP. Mr. Mayberry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Oregon and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of The Law.
Edward J. Tamkus
Edward Tamkus serves as the Vice President, Taxes of Continental Grain Company. Mr. Tamkus has also served as Assistant Vice President - Tax Compliance from 1989-2004. Prior to his tenure with Continental Grain Company, Mr. Tamkus was Manager, Tax Compliance at BTR Inc. from 1987-1989 and Director, Federal Taxes at Unisys Corp. from 1985-1987. Mr. Tamkus received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Long Island University.
Elvis A. Willie
Elvis Willie serves as the Assistant Vice President, Accounting of Continental Grain Company. Prior to this, Mr. Willie was Private Equity Controller at MD Sass from 2006-2008; Manager at Geller & Company from 2004-2006; and a Senior III Auditor at Ernst & Young from 2000-2004. Mr. Willie is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University.
