Richard Anderson is Managing Principal of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Asset Management. Mr. Anderson also serves as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Continental Grain Company. During his tenure at Continental Grain Company, Mr. Anderson has held positions as Assistant Treasurer from 1987-1997; Director of Corporate Finance from 1986-1987; Manager of Capital Funding from 1984-1986; and Senior Financial Analyst from 1981-1984. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Grinnell College and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Don van den Berg

Mr. van den Berg has joined the Investment Team in New York serving in his capacity as Senior Director and member of the management committee of Rabo Private Equity, as well as an Executive Vice President of Rabobank Nederland. Mr. van den Berg has participated in the execution of numerous management buy-outs and add-on acquisitions and has served on the board of directors of most of his portfolio companies. In his capacity as Senior Director, Mr. van den Berg has been primarily responsible for sourcing, due diligence, execution, management and exiting investments in small mid-market Dutch companies. Prior to joining Rabo Private Equity, Mr. van den Berg was a Vice President at Rabobank's International Corporate Clients' division. Mr. van den Berg received his Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University at Rotterdam.

Alexander R. Bernstein

Alexander Bernstein is Vice President of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Capital Partners. After serving as a generalist analyst for Arlon Group, Mr. Bernstein concentrated on public market investments for Arlon Opportunities Investors, with coverage responsibility for the agribusiness, food and beverage, food retail and transportation sectors. In 2008, he transitioned to Arlon Capital Partners to work primarily on direct private investments, with a continued focus on food and food-related investments. Prior to this, Mr. Bernstein held summer positions at BlackRock Inc. and Apollo Management LP. Mr. Bernstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, with a double major in Economics and History.

Michelle S. Brooks

Michelle Brooks is Managing Principal of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Capital Partners. Prior to this, Ms. Brooks was a Principal with Weston Presidio, a middle market private equity firm with $3.3B in AUM. Ms. Brooks worked for Weston Presidio from 1999-2010, becoming a Principal in 2003, and was responsible for leading due diligence and investment execution in a variety of sectors. Ms. Brooks was the Editorial Director for Ivy Productions, Inc. from 1998-1999 and the President of Lookout Media from 1997-1998. Ms. Brooks graduated with honors from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and graduated with Distinction from Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration.

Charles B. Conner

Charles Conner is Vice President of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Capital Partners (ACP). Mr. Conner has spearheaded Arlon Group’s recent investment activity in the financial services sector, including the investments in Grandpoint Capital, Inc. and Carlile Bancshares, Inc. Prior to joining Arlon Group, Mr. Conner was a private equity analyst for the Arizona Public Safety Retirement System – a public pension fund with over $7B in AUM. Previously, Mr. Conner held a variety of management positions in the IT, food and export sectors for various companies in Latin America. Mr. Conner also worked as an independent business consultant on projects in Europe and the CIS region. Mr. Conner is a former Fulbright Fellow in Economics and received his Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Global Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in Spanish and is a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.

Benjamin D. Fishman

Benjamin Fishman is Managing Principal of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Capital Partners. Mr. Fishman has also served as a Strategic and Financial Analyst for Continental Grain Company from 1998-2000. Mr. Fishman left Continental Grain Company to co-found The Grow Network in 2000, which was sold to the McGraw-Hill Companies in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Fishman was a National Finalist for the White House Fellowship, and currently, Mr. Fishman is a Board Member of Excelline Food Products, LLC, Grandpoint Capital, Inc., and Rose Displays Ltd. and a Member of the Alumni Council of Collegiate School in New York City. Mr. Fishman received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in Political Theory from Princeton University.

Ari Gendason is Managing Principal and Portfolio Manager of Arlon Group and is focused on the activities of Arlon Opportunities Investors. Mr. Gendason has also served as a Summer Associate for Continental Grain Company in 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Gendason was an Associate at VantagePoint Venture Partners in 2003; an Associate at Greenbridge Capital from 2001-2003; an Associate at RSL Communications from 1999-2001; and an Investment Banking Analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer from 1997-1999. Mr. Gendason received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to this, Mr. Hodges was an Analyst with Stadium Capital Management from 2007-2010. In 2006, Mr. Hodges spent the summer as an Analyst in the Investment Banking area of ABN AMRO. Mr. Hodges received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University.

Prior to this, Mr. Keegan was a Public Equities Analyst at Ospraie Management, LLC from 2006-2008; a Private Equity Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe from 2004-2006; and a Generalist Analyst at Gleacher Partners LLC from 2002-2004. Mr. Keegan received his Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bram  Ledeboer

Mr. Ledeboer has joined the Investment Team in New York serving in his capacity as an Associate Director of Rabo Private Equity. Before relocating, he worked within Rabo Ventures, focusing on the cleantech industry. Mr. Ledeboer played a key role in the establishment of this fund and worked on multiple transactions, including monitoring and overseeing two food technology investments in the protein and ingredient sectors. Prior to joining Rabo Private Equity, Mr. Ledeboer was a Lead Consultant at Altran, a management consulting firm. Previously, he was also an analyst at ABN Amro Bank and held positions in engineering capacities at Shell and Akzo Nobel in the United States. Mr. Ledeboer received his Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
